New Books:
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at Bakken Books
At Bakken Books, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a book may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making your shopping experience stress-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence and ease.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
The book must be returned in good condition, free from damage such as stains, missing pages, or excessive creasing of the cover or spine. All returns are subject to an inspection to ensure these standards are met.
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Once 60 days have passed, if you have a reason to return that you believe is justified, reach out to our support team at info@bakkenbooks.com and see if your return will qualify. This will be done on a case-by-case basis when outside of the 60 days and we reserve the right to decline returns for any reason of our choosing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must either be in good condition upon receiving the return or in the same packaging you received it. (i.e.. if you ordered a set of the books and it was shrink-wrapped, the return must be delivered in its original packaging). To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.
Purchase Condition: The book must have been purchased new from Bakken Books. Used books are not eligible for returns.
Used Books:
Final Sale: All purchases of used books are considered final. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
As-Is Condition: Our used books are sold in the condition they are in at the time of purchase. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each book, but please note that variations may exist due to factors such as age, previous ownership, and storage conditions.
Exceptions: In rare cases of an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a book being inaccurately described, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe an exception should be made.
